We help businesses find real use cases and put AI to work — identifying the boring, manual, repetitive stuff in a workflow, then building small AI tools and connectors that save time and improve efficiency.
We're currently also open to contract engagements: AI requirements engineering, AI product management, AI forward deployed engineering, data analysis, and business analysis.
How we got here
Before Heurystics, we spent 8+ years across data, tech, and analytics — data strategy, solution development, electrification, and autonomous systems. In December 2024, we co-founded Silk Route AB, building Scandinavia's first premium instant chai brand from scratch: D2C, Amazon, and retail distribution across Europe. We ran it as CEO through August 2026, then stepped back into a part-time, co-owner role once the operations could run themselves.
That transition is what led to Heurystics, full-time, since August 2026 — finding real AI use cases inside businesses and building the tools that handle them. Every project here, client work or personal, comes from the same instinct: find the boring task, automate it properly, show the work.
